On the entrance level you find the staircase leading up to the sun-drenched roof top terrace with magnificent view of the mountains and the sea.  

 

The terrace has a spacious comfortable lounge area, an outdoor shower and sun beds to relax in and soak  up the sun. Here a magnificent 360-degree view of the surrounding area awaits you.

A wide and welcoming front door leads into a fantastic open plan living space. Floor to ceiling sliding doors and windows run across the entire length of the façade and grant stunning views of the sea and flood the living area with natural light.

 

The kitchen and the dining area are part of the open plan living space, and the kitchen island separates the two in a contemporary way. On this level a spacious smartly furnished terrace facing the sea invites you to al fresco dining.

In the summertime the air-conditioning system will keep you cool and during the wintertime the villa is kept warm through under-floor heating.

Right outside the kitchen you have a barbecue at your disposal.

On the covered terrace you can enjoy your morning coffee while the sun rises, your afternoon refreshment while you watch the paragliders in front of you or you can enjoy your dinner while watching the sun set. On this level you also have a handy barbecue right outside the kitchen.

 

From the living room area there is a staircase leading down to the 1st floor.

On the 1st floor there are two Master bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, private terraces and stunning views of Nerja and the sea. The Master bedrooms are equipped with two comfortable 90x200 beds. The en-suite bathrooms are fully equipped with large shower areas, two basins in each and a toilet. 

 

Two more bedrooms are also situated on this level with king sized beds, fitted wardrobes and the same magnificent view of the sea. These bedrooms share a bathroom with two basins and a shower area and a separate toilet. 

 

All the rooms have sea views and terraces that surround the villa. 

From the entrance level as well as from the 1st floor you have access to the villas private swimming pool and lounge area.  

 

The pool area is simply stunning. Here guests have access to one of Nerjas largest infinity pools which allows you to cool off from the hot Spanish sun or savour the amazing Mediterranean vistas from every inch of the pool.

 

The infinity pool has a spectacular waterfall and shallow area where guests can sunbath and relax. The pool deck offers comfortable sunbeds.

 

The covered lounge area with sofas and deck chairs make sure that you can enjoy staying at the pool even if you do not want to stay in the sun.
